General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Marlò Ristorante Pizzeria
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all reservations at Marlò Ristorante Pizzeria and all related services.
Any differing terms and conditions of the guest shall not apply.
2. Online Reservations & Data Protection
Our online reservations are processed via an external third-party system. Your reservation and guest data will be collected, stored, and made available to us through this system.
Additionally, reservations can be made via the Matterhorn App by Zermatt Tourism. In this case, data collection and storage are carried out by Zermatt Tourism before the data is transmitted to us. The data protection policy of Zermatt Tourism applies:

3. Contractual Relationship
Upon confirmation of a reservation by Marlò Ristorante Pizzeria, a binding contract is formed between the guest and the restaurant. If the reservation is made by a third party on behalf of the guest, both the guest and the third party are jointly and severally liable for all obligations.
A contract is considered concluded as soon as the reservation request has been accepted. If an offer is made by the restaurant, the contract is concluded upon acceptance by the guest. Written confirmation is not strictly required.
Changes to the contract content are only effective if confirmed in writing by Marlò Ristorante Pizzeria.
Complaints regarding food or beverages must be reported to the service staff immediately on site. If no complaint is made and the offer is consumed, subsequent claims expire.
4. Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone, email, or online and are only binding upon verbal or written confirmation.
For larger groups, we reserve the right to request a deposit or credit card guarantee.
5. Table Assignment and Service Hours
Our evening service is divided into two time slots:
- First service: from 6:00 PM until no later than 8:15 PM
- Second service: from 8:30 PM
We appreciate your understanding that tables from the first service must be vacated in time for the subsequent service.
6. Delays & No-Shows
For delays of more than 15 minutes without notification, the table may be given away.
In case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee – especially for group reservations.
7. Group Reservations
For groups of 10 people or more, we can create a customized menu upon request.
The binding number of guests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In case of no-shows by individual guests, we reserve the right to charge for the reported number.
