1. Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data entered in the reservation form (first and last name, phone number, email address) is processed exclusively to:

  • process the reservation,

  • contact you in connection with the reservation (e.g., for confirmation or in case of changes),

  • send automatic emails such as booking confirmations or reminders (if applicable).

2. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on:

  • the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures,

  • our legitimate interest in efficient customer communication.

3. Nature of Processing
The data is processed electronically, lawfully, fairly, and proportionately, and with the application of appropriate technical and organizational measures for data protection.

4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
For the technical processing of reservations, we use the platform:

Aleno – www.aleno.me
Aleno acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDPA).
A corresponding data processing agreement has been concluded.

The data will not be disclosed to other third parties or transferred outside Switzerland or the EU, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

5. Data Retention Period
The data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the processing of the reservation and compliance with legal requirements. Thereafter, it will be deleted or anonymized.

6. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to:

  • obtain information about your data,

  • request correction or deletion,

  • object to processing or request a restriction.

7. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be amended as needed. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
